who should I do my biography on?
okay im a freshmen I have this as an assignment to read a biography on someone of my pick. But I have no idea on who to do it on. I’m latina so I think I should do it on someone spanish. Okay the guidelines are it has to be someone who has done something positive in society. I want someone exacting like Shakira but all she’s really done is charity work I want someone who has done something real and inspiring as well as a interesting history. Okay so please name some people for me and give me a some details of the person like what they do and like what they have done to improve or society. One Latino person I have always admired is Jaime Escalante. In short, he successfully taught AP Calculus to kids in Los Angeles who were several grade levels behind in math. There was a movie called “Stand and Deliver” about his experience at Garfield High School.
