How to become a high school teacher?
I am a junior in high school and I'm thinking of joining the Army ROTC and get a degree 4 years at a state university. I want to become a teacher and teach high school Spanish or U.S. History after spending some in the Army Special Operations. What was going to major and minor to teach these subjects? Besides, high school coaches have a need special?
You will have to double major in Secondary Ed, and history, or whatever. You have to get in the practicum, or license no. (Teaching student) Good for you! Ps: Keep politics out of the classroom! This goes double for the teachers you have now, they call it.
